He used to be a great doctor, but an unfortunate accident caused him to stop operating. Robert Hoffman The Director of Hope Hospital. He usually briefs you before each operation. Greg Kasal A very calm doctor, he usually expects perfection from his colleagues. Unfortunately, she must be relocated to another hospital in San Diego. Hope Hospital Staff: Mary Fulton A veteran nurse who helps Derek through his first three operations. Stiles (She doesn't even refer to him as "Dr." regularly until a certain operation). Though skilled, she can be a bit rude to Dr. Her father disappeared when she was young. Angie Thompson A nurse of German descent who is young, but very skilled.

Hope Hospital is a hospital located in Angeles Bay, and it is directed by an old man named Robert Hoffman. You play as a character named Derek Stiles, a young doctor who is ready to start operating on patients at Hope Hospital.
